- 4 eggs
- 125 g sugar
- 200 g black glutinous rice flour
- 4 g baking soda
- 4 g baking powder
- 7 g SP (emulsifier)
- 65 ml coconut milk
- 100 ml oil
- 150 g Goldenfil Cheese Crunchy
1. Add the eggs, sugar, and SP. Beat until the mixture is pale, fluffy, and forms ribbons.
2. Add the black glutinous rice flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix until well combined.
3. Add the coconut milk and oil. Stir until the batter is smooth and evenly mixed.
4. Pour half of the batter into a greased cake pan.
5. Steam for 15 minutes over medium heat.
6. Make a hole in the center of the cake and fill it with Goldenfil Cheese Crunchy. Cover with the remaining batter and steam for another 20 minutes.
7. Remove from the steamer and transfer the cake to a serving plate. Your Black Glutinous Rice Molten Cheese Cake is ready to enjoy!
