Strawberry Tart

Ingredients:

Pie Crust Ingredients:

-  100 g Unsalted Butter

-  50 g GULUS

-  1 Egg

-  40 g Ground Almond

-  200 g Medium-Protein Flour

-  Pinch of Salt

Strawberry Cream Ingredients:

-  100 g Whipping Cream

-  50 g Goldenfil Strawberry Jam

Garnish:

-  Fresh Strawberries (as needed)

Instructions:

1.  Mix the softened unsalted butter with sifted powdered sugar until well combined.


2.  Add the egg and mix until fully incorporated.


3.  Fold in sifted flour and ground almonds, mixing until a smooth dough forms.


4.  Press the dough into an 18 cm tart pan, prick the base with a fork, and bake at 170°C (340°F) for 15–20 minutes. Let it cool to room temperature.


5.  Whip the cream until slightly stiff, then fold in Goldenfil Strawberry Jam until smooth.


6.  Spread a layer of Goldenfil Strawberry Jam onto the cooled tart crust.Steam for 15 minutes until fully cooked.


7.  Add the strawberry cream on top and smooth it out with an offset spatula.


8.  Garnish with fresh strawberries. Your Strawberry Tart is ready to enjoy! 🍓
