Cake Ingredients:
- 250 g Cream Cheese
- 55 g GULUS (granulated sugar)
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 150 g Goldenfil Blueberry
- 4 g Gelatin Powder / 1 Sheet
- 120 g Whipping Cream
Base:
- 100 g Biscuits
- 30 g Unsalted Butter
1. Crush the biscuits, then mix with melted unsalted butter. Stir until well combined.
2. Prepare the gelatin by dissolving 2 tsp of gelatin powder in a little water and microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute, or if using sheet gelatin, soak it in cold water until soft, squeeze out the water, and microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute until melted.
3. In a large bowl, add the cream cheese and beat until soft and smooth.
4. Add the sugar (GULUS) and vanilla extract, then mix again until well combined.
5. Add the whipping cream and mix until smooth. Then add the melted gelatin and stir until evenly mixed.
6. Prepare the serving dish. Pour the biscuit mixture into the base and press down until compact.
7. Pour the blueberry cream cheese mixture over the biscuit layer, then add blueberry topping on top.
8. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until set. Blueberry Cream Cheese is ready to serve.
